Virtual Zoo to You: Winter Survival Skills

Join us for a 45-60 minute virtual interactive exploration into how some of your favorite animals survive in wintertime. Learn how some animals adjust to the cold, how some avoid it and how others thrive and enjoy it. You might be surprised at just how many animals at the Rosamond Gifford Zoo love the snow!

With our state-of-the-art technology, you will see animals much closer than you can in person! See biofacts such as skulls and feathers from the animal that you are learning about. See videos of animals that you may otherwise not see on a visit to the zoo. Plus, you’ll get a chance to chat with trained zoo educators. We hope to “see” you there!
