Return and Refund Policy:

• All face masks are final sale – no exceptions.

• New, unused items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, not including shipping fee. 

• If you wish to return an item, please send us an email at giftshop@rosamondgiffordzoo.org. Please provide your order number, item(s) you would like to return, and a brief description why. We will then send you instructions on how to complete your return.

• Once we have received your return, you will receive an email. When your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. We will notify via email once we have processed your return payment. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive refund.

Exchange Policy:

• If you need to exchange an item for size, please send an email to giftshop@rosamondgiffordzoo.org.

• Please provide your order number and we will email a return shipping label. Once we receive the original item, we will ship the replacement item free of charge. Please allow 5-7 business days for your replacement item to arrive.
